Seeking Furnished Room or Live-in Tutoring Opportunity I am a female professional tutor from Japan, currently tutoring math and Japanese in Richmond. I am quiet, tidy, respectful, and looking for a clean, safe, and peaceful environment to move into starting July 24th. My requirements for any living situation: Must be: Pet-free and smoke-free. Environment: A peaceful and quiet space for sleep is required as I am a light sleeper (no snoring). Budget: I am looking for a budget-friendly room.
