THL Gourmet Foods Inc. is one of the leading importers and distributors of food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions of the world. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst to join our Reporting & Data Analytics team and contribute to the company’s data-driven decision-making and fiscal efficiency. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and business-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for analyzing enterprise data, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work within our modern data platform using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, leveraging centralized data warehouse resources to deliver reliable insights, standardized reporting, and actionable analysis. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data from enterprise systems and centralized data warehouse platforms to support business and operational decisions Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI Work with data stored and modeled within Microsoft Fabric to deliver consistent and scalable reporting solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into data models, KPIs, and dashboards Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity Monitor trends, identify anomalies, and provide insights to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making Support the development and maintenance of semantic models, reporting datasets, and standardized business metrics Conduct ad hoc analysis for management and department leaders as needed Partner with IT, data engineers, and business teams to improve data structures, reporting processes, and governance practices Document report logic, KPI definitions, data sources, and analytical methodologies Promote best practices in dashboard design, self-service anal
