ADMINISTRATOR (NORTH VANCOUVER)   ADMINISTRATOR Dynamo Fencing Club is Canada’s largest and most successful fencing facility. This position requires a lot of different skills and abilities. You’ll be the first person that clients connect with when they visit, call, or email us, so you’ll be responsible for making all our visitors feel welcome. You will also be providing comprehensive administrative support to our team at Dynamo Fencing Club.   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize  The initiative to do things without being asked  Someone detail-oriented and able to work gracefully under pressure Good customer service skills and the ability to work independently  A hard working team player who is eager, flexible and willing to go above and beyond Friendliness and confidence   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Fluency in English and Mandarin. Other languages are an asset. - Must be able to work evening hours (please see below) - Experience with Microsoft Office, Whatsapp/Wechat, and Mac - Time management skills and willingness to learn   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assisting clients with scheduling their lessons - Handling cash and credit card transactions - Answering phone and email queries from clients - General filing and record-keeping   HOURS Monday Friday: 2:00pm 8:30pm Saturday: 9:00am 1:00pm   LOCATION 238 Fell Avenue, North Vancouver   WHAT WE OFFER: - $18 - $25+/hr, depending on experience - Comprehensive benefits package after probation period including health insurance, and employee discounts on fencing gear
