Seeking assistance in renovating the basement and reintegrating the basement suite into the main house.   Originally built in the 1950s, this Burnaby house is a bungalow with a basement. The basement has been fully renovated and includes two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, totaling approximately 1,000 square feet. Most of the space currently features a T-bar ceiling and wood paneling.   Scope of work:   - Remove the T-shaped keel ceiling and replace it with a drywall ceiling, then install recessed downlights. - Remove the wooden wall panels and replace them with plasterboard walls, and install baseboards and door/window trim . - Remove the temporary partition wall separating the upper and lower floors of the staircase and renovate the staircase. - Remove and replace the toilet in the basement bathroom - Install vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and hallway areas. - Install new baseboards and trim.   Construction time: July to August 1, 2026.   Please contact Haley at 778-300-4056.
